The assistant superintendent for curriculum oversees the curriculum coordinators for math, science, English, social studies, foreign languages, computer services, special education, guidance, and physical education . He also oversees and writes proposals for state and federal grants. |

Assistant to the Superintendent for Business Kevin Wurtz 516-759-7213 |
The assistant to the superintendent for business supervises the financial activities of the district, including budgeting, payrolls, supplies, construction, maintenance of buildings and grounds, and food service. He also prepares the extensive financial reports required by the state and federal governments. |

Curriculum Coordinators
| Social Studies | Melanie Arfman | 516-759-7280 | Each of the curriculum coordinators supervises all of the teachers teaching his or her specialty all the way from kindergarten to twelfth grade. Each coordinator helps with the hiring and training of the teachers in their field and makes sure that the courses taught in each grade not only prepare students for state tests but lead smoothly into the courses taught in the next grade.
